Procedure, Terms and Conditions for Admission to
Intermediate Classes

• To boost the morale of all students (Science and Arts) taking admission in the summer camp, a 50% discount will be given on admission fees while a 100% concession will be applied on monthly college fees (this concession is only for summer camp classes with a duration of two months). Additionally, students of Hizb-ur-Rehman Islamic Academy will be given a 50% discount on admission fees as well.
• At the time of admission to the summer camp, all students will submit one month's hostel fee along with the admission fee. Additionally, those students who do not avail hostel facilities will submit a one-month standard fee as security, which will be adjusted in their annual fees after the announcement of metric results. For the students achieving more than 95% marks in matric exam, the fee collected during the summer camp will be refunded, while for other students, the fee collected during the summer camp will be adjusted in their annual fees.
• After getting admission form from the office of the institution, or download from our official website www.hria.edu.pk, students can also apply online ) fill in the required information, and attach necessary documents (passport-sized photographs, class X roll number slip, B form, copy of guardian's national identity card).
• fter verification from the Principal/Director Academics/Assistant Director Academics on the completed form, submit it along with the admission fee to the administration office. (Forms will not be accepted without admission fee. It is mandatory to submit hostel or security fee within twenty days after submitting the admission form. Otherwise, the concessionary package/scholarship provided by the institution may be terminated).
• Admission forms can be submitted without documents. However, the required documents must be provided within seven days. Otherwise, the admission fee collected may be forfeited/ invalidated.
• No student will be allowed to attend classes without submitting the admission form. (It is necessary for all the students to fulfill all obligations of Faisalabad Board, such as registration fees and admission fee according to the schedule of the board themselves).
• Note: Students who have passed the matriculation examination from Hizb-ur-Rehman Islamic academy and joined the summer camp will be entitled to the special summer camp package only. However, for those students who have passed the matriculation examination from Hizb-ur-Rehman Islamic academy but do not join the summer camp, their fee package will be based on the marks obtained in the matriculation examination (all concessions will be provided according to the admission policy and scholarship terms).
