Every year, admissions to the High School and College departments of Hizb-ur-Rehman Islamic Academy follow the Government admissions schedule.

Hizb-ur-Rehman Islamic Academy
Department of Tahfeez ul Quran

  • Candidates who have passed primary school are eligible to apply for admission to the academy for enrollment in Tahfeez ul Quran
  • Candidates are required to fill out all the complete details in the attached admissions form available here, and they must submit the following items along with it:
    • 1. Primary Certificate - 3 copies
    • 2. B form - 2 copies
    • 3. CNIC of Father or Guardian - 2 copies
    • 4. Three recent passport size photographs
    • 5. Character certificate from previous school.
  • Candidates should have good mental health.
  • The purpose of obtaining education for candidates should purely be for the help of Islam and the Nation.
Hizb-ur-Rehman Islamic Academy
Department of Dars e Nizami

  • Candidates who have passed primary school are eligible to apply for admission to the academy for enrollment in Dars e Nizami
  • Candidates are required to fill out all the complete details in the attached admissions form available here, and they must submit the following items along with it:
    • 1. Primary / Middle / Matric Certificate - 3 copies
    • 2. Inter Certificate for ADP & BS - 3 copies
    • 3. B form - 3 copies
    • 4. CNIC of Father or Guardian - 2 copies
    • 5. Recent passport size photographs - 6 copies
    • 6. Domicile Certificate - 3 Copies
    • 7. Original NOC from other Board / University Students
    • 8. Character certificate from previous school
    • 9. Contact Number of Parents / Guardian
  • Candidates should have good mental health.
  • The purpose of obtaining education for candidates should purely be for the help of Islam and the Nation.
Hizb-ur-Rehman Islamic High School

  • Candidates who have passed primary school are eligible to apply for admission to the academy for enrollment in the 6th grade.
  • Candidates are required to fill out all the complete details in the attached admissions form available here, and they must submit the following items along with it:
    • 1. For admission into class 6th, the pass mark sheet of class 5th
    • 2. B form
    • 3. National ID card of Father or Guardian
    • 4. Three recent passport size photographs
    • 5. Character certificate from previous school.
  • All candidates for class 6th will need to pass a test set by admission committee of HRIA from PTB approved educational subjects for class 5th (Urdu, English, Mathematics, Social studies, Islamiyat, and Science), and similarly to get admission in any other class students have to pass the admission test from previous class syllabus with same criteria.
  • To secure admission at HRIA students have to get minimum marks set by the admission committee of HRIA.
  • Candidates should have good mental health.
  • The purpose of obtaining education for candidates should purely be for the help of Islam and the Nation.
Hizb-ur-Rehman Islamic Science College
(Boys & Girls)

  • Admission will be granted to candidates who have passed matric with at least a second division, based on their merit.
  • Candidates are required to fill out all the complete details in the attached admissions form available here, and they must submit the following items along with it:
    • 1. Secondary school certificate from HEC recognized board of secondary education with passed status.
    • 2. B form / CNIC
    • 3. National ID card of father or guardian
    • 4. Three recent passport size photographs of student.
    • 5. Character certificate from the previous institute duly signed by the Headmaster/Principal.
  • Candidates should have good mental health.
  • The purpose of obtaining education for candidates should purely be for the help of Islam and the Nation.
Cancellation of Admission

Keeping in mind the standard of Hizb-ur-Rehman Islamic Academy, it is a duty for every student that they follow the rules and principles, respect teachers, show good moral character, and attend all classes, or else the admission may be cancelled because of any of the following:


  • Non-attendance for 6 continuous days.
  • Taking part in boycott of classes or in strikes.
  • Guilty of being disrespectful towards teachers.
  • Causing disturbance in discipline.
  • Smoking cigarettes or using drugs.
  • Member of any political party of sectarian group.
  • Possesses any weapons or dangerous goods.
  • Distributes any pamphlets or material against Islam and the nation or country.
  • Responsible for any criminal activity.
  • Leaves the institution during study hours without prior permission.

Re-admission

Any such student whose admission has been revoked because of any reason may give a request for re-admission. Students of the High school department need to give Rs 500, and College department students need to give Rs 1000 as the re-admission fee, and it is also necessary to bring along with their Father/Guardian’s any reputable person’s written statement which states that the student will abide by the discipline rules of the academy and will prove to be a good student. On these conditions, students can be given readmission into the academy.


Please note that re-admission will be granted only for 2 times.
