Procedure, Terms and Conditions for Admission to
Intermediate Classes

• Obtain the admission form from the office of the institution, fill in the required information, and attach necessary documents (passport-sized photographs, class X result card, B form, copy of guardian's national identity card).
• After verification from the Principal/Director Academics/Assistant Director Academics on the completed form, submit it along with the admission fee to the admission office. (Forms will not be accepted without admission fee. It is mandatory to submit the monthly mess dues within twenty days after submitting the admission form. Otherwise, the concessionary package/scholarship provided by the institution may be terminated).
• Admission form can be submitted without documents. However, the required documents must be provided within seven days. Otherwise, the admission fee collected may be forfeited /invalidated.
• No student will be allowed to attend classes without submitting the admission form. (It is necessary for all the students to fulfill all obligations of the Faisalabad Board, such as registration fees and admission fees according to the schedule of the board themselves).
• Scholarships will be awarded to the top 20 students in each discipline based on their scores. Students who score 60% or above in the annual matriculation examination will be eligible. Scholarships will only be awarded in the monthly college fees to those students availing hostel facilities based on merit.
• Note: General scholarships (Need-based, Disabled students, Hafiz-e-Quran, Kinship, Special cases) will receive a 10% discount on monthly mess dues. An eligible student can not obtain multiple scholarships simultaneously. Once obtained, the scholarship cannot be transferred or changed. Merit-based scholarships will be applicable after the result of the matric examination for one year, i.e., for the 11th grade, while scholarships in the 12th grade will be based on the scores obtained in the 11th grade's annual examination. The duration of general scholarships will be two years and can also be availed during the summer camp. All scholarships will not be applicable to college admission fee, annual paper funds, other charges, hostel charges, transport fee, Faisalabad Board registration and examination fee.
