No student is allowed to paste, exhibit, prepare or distribute any poster, leaflet, notice, pamphlet or handbill in the college premises without prior permission from the Principal.

Any student aggrieved with any mishap in the college shall lodge a complaint to the Principal and not to any outside authority unless the Principal permits him/her to do so.

Use of mobile phones and cameras are strictly prohibited in the college premises and during the college Functions. Mobiles and cameras confiscated shall only be returned if disciplinary committee permits.

Smoking in the college premises is strictly prohibited.

Every student of the college is required to be punctual in the class. Students who will remain absent from classes without permission continuously for 06 days, excluding holidays, shall be struck off from the college unless a satisfactory cause of absence would not be explained Principal. Student has to get re-admit by paying re-admission fee and other college dues.

Students are forbidden to contact any higher authority directly. Intended communication with any higher authority would be submitted through the Principal who will forward it, if he/she considers it desirable.

The college authorities can revise dues structure without any prior notice. This revision will be applicable to all students enrolled at that time or in future.

No student is allowed to leave the class without the permission of his/her teacher or until the class is over.

Late-comers in the class would be marked absent.

Any student misbehaving in the classroom/college will be immediately reported to the Principal by the teacher. The Principal will take proper action in this regard. The teacher can also recommend a penalty as well.

Any political or immoral activity is strictly prohibited in or around the college premises.

A fine of Rs.50/- per lecture will be imposed for absence without proper leave.

Private telephone calls of the students will not be entertained. However, an emergency message can be conveyed.

Students must keep the college identity Card in college premises as well as in college functions.

Students are required to wear the prescribed uniform while regular classes.

The college authorities reserve the right to revise the timetable of classes.

The college will not be responsible of any belongings, mails or valuables sent to them from outside at college address.

There must be a proper lock to any parking by the student at college. In case of any loss, institution will not be responsible.

The students who want to migrate from Hizb–ur–Rehman Islamic Science College to any other college can apply within ten days of taking their Board/University Examinations. After ten days, they will have to pay full fee for Clearance.

Any false information on the Application Form may render the student liable to expulsion from the college.

The college offers fee-concessions and scholarships of different nature at the time of admission. These are applicable only to the current installment and must be renewed in later pending installments. Just being recommended does not guarantee you will get them. You have to meet certain criteria.

Students can get scholarships and discounts if they meet attendance rules and fee submission on time. They must apply for these benefits within the college deadline. Late applications will not be accepted. To qualify, 90% of attendance is required for scholarships and 80% for other discounts.

Student responsibility is to attend all classes and complete assignments. Instructor would inform about exam dates, assignments deadline and syllabus division in the first lecture.

1. A student will be eligible to appear in exams if acquires a minimum of 75% of attendance in aggregate of all the subjects.
2. Students who have not commenced attending classes during the first ten days of classes are generally assumed to have withdrawn from the College.
3. A student will not be promoted to the next semester / class unless he satisfies the attendance requirement of the present semester/1st year, as applicable. They may seek re-admission for that semester/1st year when offered next.
4. Shortage of attendance below 65% in aggregate will not be excused in any case.
5. Students with short attendance will not be promoted in next semester and not will be able to sit in final exam and their registration would be cancelled.

Any fee concession/prize/scholarship is granted only at the decision of the college Administration and can be withdrawn at any time.

The college reserves the right to make, amend and introduce any rule as and when deemed appropriate.

If a student defaults in submission of college dues for a period of one month, his/ her name will be struck off from the college Roll.

Below mentioned issues lead a student towards expulsion, suspension, withholding of Examination admission forms of Board/ University and Examination result card, release of Examination roll no. slips

1. Poor Attendance
2. Non-payment of college Dues
3. Poor overall Academic Record
4. Failure in the college Examinations
5. Any other reason not specifically mentioned herein

Leave would be considered acceptable only in case of;
1. Death or major illness in a student’s immediate family.
2. Illness of a dependent family member.
3. If more than 3 days absence without any application the penalty will be charged.
4. Students who are not regular and punctual in attending classes will not be permitted to participate in any co-curricular or extra-curricular activities of the college.
5. If a student is continuously absent for a period of one week or more without permission, his/her name from the college role will be struck off and his/ her parents will be informed accordingly.

If the college Administration pays any amount to any Authority, Board, Government Department etc. on behalf of any Student (s), all such amounts shall remain recoverable from such Student(s) as outstanding college Dues.

Shifts and Sections once allotted to the students shall not be changed in any case.

The college Administration shall have the right to amend, repeal and replace all or any of the college Rules, Regulations, Policies and Guidelines. The college shall be entitled to initiate legal proceedings, in addition to other disciplinary or administrative actions, against a student who fails to comply with these binding provisions.

NOCs and college leaving certificates can only be issued on the clearance certificate by the college.

Students may apply for the cancellation of their admission (subject to the permission of Principal) within 15 days after getting admission, however no fee refund shall be made.

Despite all the necessary arrangements, the college is not responsible for any kind of mishap during college tours and functions.

The students of the college & university are expected to dress keeping in view of the local cultural values.

1. The students are not allowed to wear shorts or sleeveless shirts.
2. The dress should not have any scripts or images, which appear to be provocative or indecent.
3. The students should not wear tight or see-through clothes.
4. The students are not expected to put on heavy make – up or expensive jewelry.
5. Clothes with photograph of any celebrity/ political personality/ or with unethical printed words are strictly not allowed.
